Job summary

You will lead laboratory personnel, coordinate sampling and testing activities, review results, and maintain proper documentation, reporting, and calibration of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science is required.
• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician credentials are required or preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of laboratory procedures and product quality specifications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory personnel and implement training plans.
• Ensure timely execution of sampling and testing activities.
• Review test results and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Monitor laboratory equipment calibration and availability of supplies.
• Support customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis.
• Maintain laboratory safety, sanitation, and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
