Job summary

SGS is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead and monitor the Quality Management System across Visayas and Mindanao laboratories, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable laws. Qualifications

• 3–5 years QA/QC experience or 1–2 years supervisory/lab experience.
• Bachelor degree in science-related field with professional license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and monitor QMS implementation across Visayas and Mindanao laboratories.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate accreditation, regulatory and customer audits; ensure timely closure of findings.
• Support management of QMS documentation with controlled access.
• Conduct internal audits and follow-ups; close NCRs promptly.
• Assist in investigations of customer complaints and root-cause analysis.
• Act as understudy to the Quality Manager in quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environment and health management policies.
