Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Lead to oversee the Chemical Laboratory department in Metro Manila. The role requires guiding the team to deliver accurate testing, reporting, and compliance with ISO 17025:2017 and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a Chemistry-related degree, a valid chemist license, and 3–5 years in labs with leadership experience. You will drive method validation, calibration, and documentation, while ensuring safety and quality

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Licensed Chemist preferred.
• 3–5 years in a laboratory, with 2–3 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Experience in method validation, calibration, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with FDA, DENR, DOH or related agencies.
• Experience developing SOPs and quality documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Chemical Laboratory team to ensure functions and services are delivered efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain Laboratory Manuals and SOPs.
• Oversee daily laboratory operations and reporting activities.
• Promote impartiality, confidentiality, and integrity in operations.
• Monitor equipment and resources for quality and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and development to laboratory staff.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and identify training needs.
• Ensure laboratory safety practices are implemented and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding services, audits, and accreditation.
