J&T Express Philippines in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig is seeking a Platform Team Lead to oversee daily tasks, generate reports, and drive platform performance.

The role emphasizes KPI delivery, inter-department coordination, and data-driven decision making to minimize losses and risks. Candidates should have a degree in logistics or related field and 1–2 years in logistics operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, express courier, delivery, or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify process gaps or irregularities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Platform Team effectively and ensure all daily tasks and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Improve and drive all KPI indicators of the Platform to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all Platform-related meetings and address concerns, inquiries, and operational matters.
• Analyze all Platform data and identify opportunities to minimize company losses, claims, and operational risks.
• Escalate all issues and problems encountered to the appropriate higher management of both J&T and the Platform.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments and follow up on underperforming or poorly handled indicators.
• Provide updated troubleshooting guidelines and solutions to all regions regarding specific problems and issues encountered on the Platform.

Qualifications
