The Logistics Specialist – J& T Admin is responsible for managing all J&T Express shipping activities, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate booking, and timely dispatch of parcels. The role coordinates with courier partners, monitors shipments, resolves delivery issues, and supports overall logistics operations for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Shipment Processing & Coordination:
- Create, book, and process shipments through J&T Admin/Express Portal.
- Prepare waybills, packing lists, and shipping documents accurately.
- Ensure parcels are properly packed, labeled, and ready for pickup.
- Coordinate daily pickup schedules with J&T riders and team leads.
Tracking & Monitoring:
- Monitor parcel status until delivery is completed.
- Track delays, RTS (Return to Sender), or lost parcels.
- Communicate with J&T support for concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
- Update customers on shipment status when required.
Logistics Support:
- Verify parcel weights, dimensions, and shipping fees.
- Maintain records of daily shipments, cancellations, and returns.
- Assist warehouse staff in sorting and organizing outgoing parcels.
- Ensure compliance with company and J&T shipping guidelines.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate shipping logs and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly shipment summaries.
- Report any discrepancies or shipment issues to the logistics supervisor.
- Coordinate with Shopee/Lazada admin team for orders requiring J&T shipping.
Qualifications
- At least College Level/Graduate preferred.
- Experience with J&T Admin Portal or e-commerce logistics is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of shipping, courier processes, and order fulfillment.
- Computer literate (Excel/Sheets, J&T Portal, E-commerce Seller Centers).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to work on weekends, shifting schedules, or peak season overtime.
