Job summary

SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Staff to support product development, QA, and technical service initiatives on-site in Mandaue.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and ensure customer satisfaction through innovative solutions. Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Technology; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or related engineering/technical field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in R&D of products to support innovation and meet client requirements.
• Provide timely technical support to clients and internal teams on product specs and applications.
• Conduct competitor product analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Sales with technical expertise during product presentations and customer engagements.
• Investigate product concerns, troubleshoot, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct quality control testing and evaluate production processes for high standards.
• Perform site inspections to assess material quality and installation methods.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, provide technical expertise, and ensure customer satisfaction through innovative and service-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the research and development of products to support innovation and meet client requirements.

• Provide timely and professional technical support to clients and internal teams regarding product specifications and applications.

• Conduct competitor product analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and strengthen the company's competitive position.

• Support the Sales Team by providing technical expertise during product presentations and customer engagements.

• Investigate product concerns, perform troubleshooting, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct quality control testing and evaluate production processes to maintain high product standards.

• Perform site inspections to assess the quality of materials used and verify proper installation methods.

• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or any related engineering or technical course.
