Malinta Corrugated Boxes Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a QA trainee to undergo structured training and rotation in the Quality Assurance Department. You will assist in monitoring quality standards and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
Fresh graduates with exposure to quality/CI and knowledge of 5S, RCA, PDCA, and basic quality tools are encouraged to apply. Strong Excel/Office skills and good communication are valued for supporting QA documentation and audits.
Undergo structured training and rotation within the Quality Assurance Department.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining product and process quality standards.
Participate in Kaizen activities and continuous improvement projects.
Identify process inefficiencies, quality issues, and areas for improvement.
Assist in root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventive actions.
Support the preparation and analysis of quality reports, inspection records, and other QA documentation.
Assist in conducting quality inspections and monitoring compliance with established procedures.
Participate in internal audits, process audits, and quality improvement activities.
Coordinate with Production and other departments in addressing quality-related concerns.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvement actions.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation related to Kaizen and quality improvement projects.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the QA Supervisor or Manager.
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or other related courses.
With experience or knowledge in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement is highly preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant academic exposure or training in quality/continuous improvement.
Knowledge of 5S, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, and basic quality tools is an advantage.
Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Willing to learn, undergo training, and work in a manufacturing environment.
Willing to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within the organization.
