Responsibilities

• Help oversee every phase of testing and delivery to verify if the product meets the quality standards and deliver on time
• Create standards and procedures for developers to follow
• Collect dataand keep track of quality metrics
• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Test current products and identifying deficiencies
• Suggest solutions to identified product problemsor assist employees in solving work problems
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming units and train users to implement solutions
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Training other quality members on all inspection processes
• Perform other duties that may assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• 1.Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of any related course
