Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation in Libona, Bukidnon is seeking a Quality Assurance, Hatchery to ensure hatchery operations meet quality, sanitation, biosecurity, and production standards.

The role supports hatchery performance, day-old chick quality, and incubation processes, in a stay-in environment at the Grandparent Hatchery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science, Agricultural Technology, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in hatchery operations, poultry production, quality assurance, or farm operations is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in poultry production, hatchery processes, sanitation, biosecurity, and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hatchery operations, including egg handling, incubation, hatching, chick processing, and proper storage procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with hatchery standards, sanitation procedures, and biosecurity protocols.
• Monitor hatchery conditions, equipment, and work areas and report deviations or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, monitoring logs, and other hatchery documentation.
• Coordinate with Hatchery Operations, Farm, and Technical teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions to improve hatchery performance.

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance, Hatchery is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that hatchery operations comply with established quality, sanitation, biosecurity, and production standards. The role supports the quality and performance of hatching eggs, incubation processes, chick handling, and hatchery facilities to help ensure the production of healthy and high-quality day-old chicks.
