Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, Agriculture or related field.
• Preferably with farm or hatchery experience.
• Knowledge of hatchery processes and animal welfare standards is an advantage.
• Willing to stay in the farm on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate hatchery equipment including setters and hatchers.
• Monitor incubation temperature, humidity, and egg rotation schedules.
• Conduct candling, egg transfer, and hatching procedures.
• Assist in chick counting, sexing, and delivery preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of hatchery data and daily reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, disinfection, and compliance with biosecurity protocols.
