Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical or instructional writer.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a quality analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support project.
• High English proficiency in spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product launches, coordinating with project coordinators and operations leads.
• Review initial draft documents to ensure readiness for CS and SH approval.
• Verify that all technical content matches requirements and scope provided by PMs and stakeholders.
• Polish grammar, punctuation, and style to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Log issues in the Quality Evaluation tool and perform secondary quality checks after resubmissions.
• Track and analyze common writer pain points to inform training and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with writers to address recurring errors and guide their growth.
• Identify knowledge/process gaps and collaborate with operation leads on solutions.
