Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supporting technology-focused customer service, help center, or technical support projects.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technical writer, copy editor, quality reviewer, or content project coordinator, with auditing of structured documents.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating schedules, and tracking launch timelines in a fast-paced content operations environment.
• Experience managing technical content lifecycles and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with CMS, translation platforms, collaborative office suites, automated staging setups and AI-powered tools.
• Strong technical understanding to interpret complex documentation and jargon.
• Exceptional English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• High-level analytical thinking, adaptability in agile environments, and collaboration skills.
• Completion of at least 2 years of college; a related degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handles end-to-end technical writing projects for a global tech company, overseeing help center article creation and ongoing maintenance edits.
• Acting as a daily, client-facing anchor, guides technical writers, manages project milestones, and ensures cross-functional communication with stakeholders.
• Translates complex technical jargon into reader-friendly content and enforces security and operational SOPs.
