• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including supervisory/managerial roles.
• Experience in QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume consumer-facing industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and store expansion.
• Oversee high-volume recruitment for QSR and restaurant operations including crew, shift leaders, and managers.
• Manage recruitment for corporate and support functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for store-level and corporate positions.
