Job summary

The Worldwide Interior Design Center Corp is seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s QMS across departments, stores, warehouses, and consignment operations. The role covers document control, process mapping, CAPA monitoring, and quality awareness initiatives to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, BPM, or related field.
• Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or construction materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop, review, update, and control quality documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and process maps.
• Ensure proper document control, version management, and accessibility of QMS documents.
• Monitor compliance with established quality standards and company policies.
• Work with department heads and process owners to document and standardize business processes.
• Support CAPA initiatives and cross-functional quality improvements.
