Table Group Inc. is seeking a QA Specialist to implement and maintain quality assurance standards for raw materials, processes, and finished goods in a Manila-area setting. The QA Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance standards to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished goods meet company and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting quality audits, investigating product issues, supporting food safety training, and ensuring compliance with established quality procedures. This position also requires conducting store audits and occasional work outside the office.
Develop, document, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct quality audits (Food Safety and Process Audits) to verify compliance with GMP, SOP, and CNS standards.
Prepare and submit timely audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Assist in quality and food safety training for the production team.
Create and implement receiving and inspection guidelines for raw materials.
Ensure raw materials meet required specifications upon receipt.
Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
Review documentation to ensure finished goods meet standard specifications before release.
Conduct store audits to verify compliance with company quality and food safety standards.
Perform field work when necessary to support audit and quality assurance activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food manufacturing or restaurant operations.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety standards, and quality management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Willing to conduct store audits and work outside the office when required.
