Job summary

MGS Construction, Inc. is looking for a BS Electrical Engineering graduate who is a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) to supervise electrical works on project sites across the Philippines.

The role focuses on compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors and other MEPF trades, monitor progress, prepare QA/QC and safety documents, and participate in coordination and operations meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering and licensed as REE.
• Experience in MEPF vertical projects, QA/QC, or electrical works is an advantage.
• Safety Officer certification/training is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to different project sites within the Philippines.

Job description

• Monitor site safety compliance, conduct safety inspections and toolbox meetings, identify hazards, and ensure implementation of required safety measures.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and other MEPF trades to ensure proper and timely work execution.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor accomplishments.

• Prepare and maintain electrical, QA/QC, and safety documentation and reports.

• Participate in project coordination and operations meetings.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).

• Experience in MEPF vertical projects, QA/QC, or electrical works is an advantage.
