Job summary

MGS Construction, Inc. is looking for a BS Electrical Engineering graduate who is a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) to supervise electrical works on project sites across the Philippines.

The role focuses on compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors and other MEPF trades, monitor progress, prepare QA/QC and safety documents, and participate in coordination and operations meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering and licensed as REE.
• Experience in MEPF vertical projects, QA/QC, or electrical works is an advantage.
• Safety Officer certification/training is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to different project sites within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical works per plans and standards.
• Conduct inspections, monitor workmanship and materials, identify non-conformities.
• Monitor site safety compliance and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other MEPF trades.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor achievements.
• Prepare and maintain electrical, QA/QC, and safety documentation and reports.
• Participate in project coordination and operations meetings.
