An ideal candidate will be a Registered Electrical Engineer with significant experience in construction quality control and a strong understanding of Electrical Mechanical systems. Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is preferred.
• Experience in construction/installation quality control is necessary.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct on-site inspections of electrical installations, equipment, and materials (cables, panels, lighting, etc.).
• Testing: Oversee and perform electrical tests like continuity, insulation resistance, voltage, and load tests, ensuring calibrated equipment is used.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage QA/QC documents (Inspection Requests, Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), test reports, material submittals).
• Compliance: Verify adherence to project drawings, specifications, industry standards (IEEE, NEC), and local codes.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, designers, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting: Submit daily/weekly QA/QC reports and monitor the implementation of the Quality Control Plan.
• Training: Coach site teams on quality procedures and standards.
