Job summary

CCTEB- Champion Palace Project in Manila is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in high-rise building electrical work. The role requires knowledge of PEC and national standards, plus the ability to inspect and test electrical installations, prepare QA/QC reports, punch lists and inspection records.

Strong familiarity with ITP, MIR, NCR/CAR documentation, and the installation, testing, and commissioning of CATV, CCTV, and related systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• REE license preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of electrical work experience in high-rise buildings.
• Knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and applicable standards.
• Proficient in inspections and testing of electrical installations.
• Skilled in preparing QA/QC reports, punch lists, and inspection records.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures, ITP, MIR, Work Inspection Reports, and NCR/CAR documentation.
• Proficient in installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of CATV, FBO, PABGM, EP, CCTV, FDAS, and auxiliary systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on electrical installations including conduit systems and switchgear.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and maintain inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with PEC and project specs.
• Assist in generating MIR and NCR/CAR documentation and ITPs.
• Support commissioning of CATV, CCTV, and related systems.

• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) License is preferred but not required.

• With at least 1-2 years of working experience in electrical work in high- rise building

• Knowledgeable in the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), applicable national standards, and project specifications governing electrical installation work.

• Proficient in conducting inspections and testing of electrical installations, including conduit systems, cable trays, cable pulling grounding systems, switchgear, panels, transformers, and lighting systems.

• Proficient in preparing QA/QC reports, punch lists, inspection records, and quality documentation.

• Familiar with QA/QC procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Request Reports, and NCR/ CAR Documentation.

• Proficient in the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of CATV, FBO, PABGM, EP, CCTV, FDAS, and Auxiliary systems.
