Job summary

Aon plc seeks a Quality Assurance Tester in Manila to join our delivery team. You will analyze requirements, develop test plans and ensure quality across insurance applications. The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts, developers and business teams to validate features end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of software QA tester experience.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing types (functional, non-functional, regression, integration, UAT).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, process flows, user stories and specs to generate a test plan for QA.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers and business teams to ensure coverage.
• Execute functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
• Ensure QA standards and best practices in planning, scheduling, tracking test items.
• Support Business teams during User Acceptance Testing.
• Support Production deployments and verification tasks.
