Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for onsite testing duties. Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with a possibility of hybrid work. You will design and execute tests, verify defects, and help ensure software quality for client-facing applications.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree and at least 1 year of QA experience, with strong analytical and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 1 year of QA/testing experience in IT.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, documentation, defect tracking; automation testing is a plus.
• Familiar with enterprise apps, databases, and business systems; experience in accounting/audit apps preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects with developers and IT teams.
• Review system requirements and processes to ensure test coverage and identify risks.
• Maintain testing documentation, prepare test reports, and provide QA process improvements.
