Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to lead quality assurance in our food manufacturing operations. You will oversee quality metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across processes and GMP/HACCP programs.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Biology or Microbiology or related field, with at least 5 years of QA supervision experience and strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in one of the listed fields (Biology, Microbiology, Food/ Chemical engineering or Chemistry).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as QA Supervisor in a food manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards, GMP, HACCP and Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systematic tracking and regular updates on key quality metrics including finished goods status, process compliance, material holds, and resource inventory.
• Conduct timely reviews and provide disposition for operational deviations, while maintaining laboratory methods, sampling plans, and retention protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date records of material specifications, supplier documentation, regulatory certifications, and reference materials.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory certification efforts (FDA, cGMP, HACCP), ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards.

• Must be a graduate of BS Biology/Microbiology, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology.
• With 5 years experience as a QA Supervisor in a food manufacturing set-up.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards, GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
