Job summary

PIODURAN ENGINEERING DEVT INC. in Cebu invites a QA/QC and Quantity Surveyor to oversee MEPF works, review plans, and ensure compliance with specifications.

You will measure take-offs, prepare BOQ, manage variation orders, and coordinate with contractors, ensuring accurate progress billing and project documentation.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, have strong MEPF knowledge, and be ready to be assigned to Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF works and construction practices.
• Experience in QA/QC and Quantity Surveying, preferably in MEPF projects.
• Knowledgeable in quantity take-off, cost estimation, progress billing, variation orders, and BOQ preparation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting MEPF drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction/project management software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify MEPF plans, specifications, BOQ, drawings, and contract documents.
• Monitor and inspect MEPF installations to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, estimates, BOQ, progress billings, and variation orders.
• Measure and validate completed MEPF works for progress billing and payment certification.
• Check materials, workmanship, and installations for compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and process Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), RFI, punch lists, and QA/QC documentation.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, and variations and coordinate discrepancies with the project team.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site engineers regarding MEPF works.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover of MEPF systems.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, progress, quality inspections, and project documentation.

About the role
