Job summary

PIODURAN ENGINEERING DEVT INC. is seeking a qualified MEPF Engineer to manage and supervise MEPF works on construction projects in Cebu. You will review drawings, specs, and shop drawings, and coordinate with civil, structural, architectural teams to ensure on-time execution.

You will monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of MEPF systems, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and safety requirements, while maintaining QA/QC and HS&E standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in MEPF works in construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret MEPF drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate MEPF works for construction projects.

• Conduct site inspections and identify issues, discrepancies, and conflicts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare and review progress reports, submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, materials, and quality of MEPF installations.
• Ensure QA/QC and HSE requirements are implemented for MEPF activities.

About the role

Review and interpret MEPF plans, specifications, shop drawings, and technical documents. Monitor site installation, testing, commissioning, and completion of MEPF systems.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field
• Strong knowledge and experience in MEPF works in construction projects
• Knowledgeable in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
• Ability to read and interpret MEPF drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering/construction software is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
