Job summary

Strongbond Philippines Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Team Lead to manage quality assurance and control across construction sites in Mandaluyong. You will lead the QA/QC team, develop plans, and ensure works meet plans, specs, standards, and company quality requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 4–6 years in QA/QC, and experience in supervising quality control. Familiarity with ASTM/ACI, ISO 9001, and coordinating inspections with engineers and clients is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering; licensed is preferred.
• 4–6 years in QA/QC, preferably in construction.
• Lead or supervisor experience in QA/QC is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural works, and QC procedures.
• Familiar with ASTM, ACI, DPWH, building codes, project specs, and quality standards.
• Experience with ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QA/QC policies and plans.
• Develop and implement QA/QC Plans for projects.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans and standards.
• Prepare ITPs, checklists, and QA/QC documents.
• Coordinate inspections with Project Engineers, clients, labs, and inspectors.
• Review material submittals and test certificates.
• Lead QA/QC team, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Maintain QA/QC records and prepare quality reports.
