• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Certification in quality management is a plus (e.g., Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and assessments to verify compliance with project specs, codes and standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare QA/QC reports documenting inspection results and corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and approvals.
• Provide progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external QA entities and regulators as needed.
• Conduct training sessions on QA/QC procedures and best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

Proven QA/QC experience in construction

In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
