Qualifications

Licensed Civil/Structural Engineer.
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
7+ years of structural engineering experience.
Experience with Federal building design criteria is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Philippine passport and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Perform construction inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews.
Provide QA/QC work as needed.
Prepare correspondence, technical reports, contract documents, fact sheets, and status reports; prepare final construction drawings for bids.
Inspect installations and verify compliance with codes, design specs, and safety standards.
Develop cost estimates and schedules; review preliminary and final designs for efficiency.
Conduct detailed calculations to establish standards and specs.
Use AutoCAD and coordination studies for load analyses.
Support divisions with scope, programming, and scheduling definitions.
Provide quality assurance and mentor junior engineers.
