Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to design and implement quality standards across construction projects. The role requires ensuring materials, processes, and products meet quality targets, with oversight of testing, inspections, and corrective actions.

You must be willing to relocate to project sites. Key qualifications include a licensed engineer with 5+ years in large infrastructure, on-site QA/QC and safety surveillance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer with at least 5 years on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience in construction quality management for contractors or projects.
• Onsite QA/QC and safety surveillance in commercial or military works.
• Knowledge of concrete mix-design and pre-stressing works.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Establish quality procedures including inspection, sampling, and testing timelines.
• Oversee quality assessment of materials via laboratory tests.
• Review specifications and recommend standard construction practices.
• Evaluate test forms, QA testing schedules, and results.
• Assess contractor practices and remedial actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project engineers to define inspection procedures.
• Conduct initial supplier/source surveys for materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
