About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Doors and Windows Production specialist to join Coalesce Sales Incorporated in a full-time capacity. This is a crucial position within our manufacturing operations, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our doors and windows production line. Based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards before it reaches our customers. This role is essential to our commitment to delivering superior products and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of doors and windows during all stages of production to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications

• Perform detailed testing of finished products, including functionality tests, dimensional checks, and material quality assessments

• Document all quality control findings, test results, and non-conformance reports using appropriate quality management systems

• Collaborate with production teams to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems

• Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, trends, and performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure all production batches are properly labeled, stored, and traced for traceability purposes

• Participate in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and standards

• Conduct regular audits of production processes to verify adherence to established quality protocols

• Liaise with management to report on quality performance and recommend improvements to production processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within manufacturing, particularly in doors, windows, or related building materials production

• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies relevant to doors and windows manufacturing

• Proficiency in using quality control equipment, including measuring instruments, gauges, and testing apparatus

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor defects or deviations from specifications

• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or similar standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately

• Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with production teams

• Physical capability to perform inspections on production lines, including standing for extended periods

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while following established procedures

• Certification in quality assurance or quality control is preferred but not essential if you possess relevant practical experience
