Qualifications

- Proficiency in QC software and MS Office
- ISO 9001 or QAQC certifications preferred
- Physical ability to conduct site inspections
- Ability to manage multiple inspections and reports
Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) professional to join our team on a contract basis in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a critical role within our construction operations, where you will play an essential part in ensuring that all work meets our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. As our QAQC specialist, you will be responsible for implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to safeguard project integrity and client satisfaction. This position is integral to our commitment to delivering projects that exceed expectations whilst maintaining safety and compliance across all construction activities.
Conduct routine and comprehensive inspections of construction work, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures specific to project requirements and industry best practices
Perform testing of materials, equipment, and finished work to verify adherence to approved standards and specifications
Document all quality control activities, test results, and inspections in detailed reports and maintenance logs
Identify deficiencies and non-conformances, documenting them clearly and recommending corrective actions
Collaborate with construction teams, supervisors, and management to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases
Maintain calibration records for testing equipment and ensure all quality control tools are functioning properly
Prepare quality control reports and metrics for project management and client presentations
Conduct regular training and briefings with construction staff on quality standards and control procedures
Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry, with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards, including familiarity with Philippine building codes and regulations
Technical proficiency in inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality control documentation
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify deficiencies and inconsistencies in construction work
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with construction teams, management, and clients
Proficiency in using quality control software and Microsoft Office applications
Certification in quality management or construction quality control (e.g., ISO 9001, QAQC certifications) is highly desirable
Physical ability to conduct site inspections, including climbing, bending, and working in various weather conditions
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple inspections and reports simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend practical solutions to quality issues
