Job summary

Coalesce Sales Incorporated is seeking an experienced Aluminum Doors and Windows Fabrication Supervisor to lead a skilled fabrication team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time role drives daily operations, quality assurance, and on-time budget-conscious delivery.

You will manage schedules, mentor staff, ensure safety, and collaborate with sales/design/logistics to meet client specifications for premium aluminum products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aluminum fabrication or similar heavy manufacturing
• Proven supervisory or team leader experience managing production teams
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes (cutting, welding, assembly, finishing)
• Understanding of quality control standards and manufacturing specs for doors/windows
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in reading technical drawings/blueprints and production specs
• Strong communication in English and Filipino; safety-conscious
• Experience with manufacturing systems or ERP is advantageous
• Certification in supervisory management or lean manufacturing preferred
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

About the role

Coalesce Sales Incorporated is seeking an experienced Aluminum Doors and Windows Fabrication Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our aluminum fabrication facility. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a skilled team of fabricators, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is fundamental to our operations, directly impacting our ability to deliver high-end aluminum doors and windows products to our clients on schedule and within specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the aluminum doors and windows fabrication department, including scheduling, task allocation and performance monitoring

• Lead and motivate a team of fabricators and assembly technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback

• Ensure all fabrication work meets strict quality standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and quality control checks

• Monitor production schedules and timelines to ensure orders are completed on time and within budget

• Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

• Identify equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime

• Maintain accurate records of production, quality metrics and team performance

• Liaise with other departments including sales, design and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• Train new team members on fabrication techniques, equipment operation and company procedures

• Report on production performance, identify process improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, doors and windows manufacturing, or similar heavy manufacturing environment

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience with demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and develop production teams

• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes, cutting, welding, assembly and finishing techniques

• In-depth understanding of quality control standards and manufacturing specifications relevant to doors and windows products

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet production deadlines

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to clearly communicate with team members and management

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

• Experience with production planning software and manufacturing systems is advantageous

• Certification in supervisory management or lean manufacturing principles is preferred

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements
