Job summary

Coalesce Sales Incorporated is seeking an Aluminum Doors and Window Detailer to join our Paranaque City based team. You will review drawings, prepare cutting lists, calculate lengths, and coordinate across drafting, production, and installation to ensure precise fabrication of aluminium doors and windows.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with LogiKal/Orgadata/Revit.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of aluminum detailer or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum window/door, curtain wall, and facade systems.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
• Prepare cutting lists for aluminum profiles based on system type, profile codes, and fabrication requirements.
• Calculate cut lengths, quantities, angles, mitres, notches, holes, and machining details.
• Include allowances for joints, clearances, gaskets, hardware, assembly, and installation tolerances.
• Optimize cutting plans to reduce material waste and improve yield.
• Prepare bills of materials (BOM), material take-offs, and requisitions for profiles, glass, gaskets, hardware, and sealants.
• Coordinate with draftsmen, engineers, production, and installation teams.
• Update cutting lists and details when there are design changes, site revisions, or approved submittals.
• Check dimensions, quantities, and profile references against drawings and project requirements.
• Maintain revision control and proper documentation for cutting lists and fabrication details.
• Assist production with fabrication queries and clarify cutting list issues.
• Support quality control by ensuring cutting lists match approved drawings and specifications

This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Aluminum Doors and Window Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and quality of our aluminium door and window products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence in manufacturing and logistics, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and product integrity.

What we're looking for

• 1 - 2 years of experience as an Aluminum Detailer, Fabricator, Draftsman, or related role.

• Strong knowledge of aluminum window, door, curtain wall, and facade systems.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Familiarity with aluminum profiles, accessories, gaskets, hardware, and glass sizing.

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of detailing software such as LogiKal, Orgadata, Revit, or similar is an advantage.

• Good mathematical, measurement, and cutting optimization skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills
