Job summary

Coalesce Sales Incorporated is seeking a skilled Aluminum Doors and Windows Fabricator / Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on precise fabrication, assembly, and finishing of aluminium door and window systems on-site at our facility.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of aluminium fabrication and window/door assembly experience, reads technical drawings, and can operate cutting saws, drills, and assembly tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with fabrication equipment such as aluminum cutting saws, drills, and assembly tools.
• Knowledge of welding, glass cutting, and installation techniques for aluminum systems.

• Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and cut aluminum profiles and components according to specifications and drawings.
• Assemble aluminum door and window frames using appropriate tools, fasteners, and adhesives.
• Install glass panes, hardware, and weather sealing components into frames.
• Perform welding, drilling, and other metalworking operations as required.
• Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy before packaging.
• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment (saws, drills, jigs).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

About the role

Coalesce Sales Incorporated is seeking a skilled Aluminum Doors and Windows Fabricator / Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our production operations. As a Fabricator / Assembler, you will be responsible for the precise fabrication, assembly, and finishing of high-quality aluminium door and window systems. Your meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise will directly contribute to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our clients. This role requires you to work on-site at our facility in Parañaque City.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and cut aluminum profiles and components according to specifications and technical drawings
• Assemble aluminum door and window frames using appropriate tools, fasteners, and adhesives
• Install glass panes, hardware fittings, and weather sealing components into assembled frames
• Perform welding, drilling, and other metalworking operations on aluminum materials as required
• Inspect completed products for quality, dimensional accuracy and defects before packaging
• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment such as saws, drills and assembly jigs
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Follow all company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment appropriately

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in aluminum fabrication and window/door assembly or similar manufacturing roles
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Hands-on experience with fabrication equipment such as aluminum cutting saws, drilling machines, and assembly tools
• Knowledge of welding, glass cutting, and installation techniques for aluminum systems
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials safely
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Reliability and strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues independently
