About the role

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures to ensure that all construction activities, materials, workmanship, and completed works comply with approved plans, specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements. About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer for applicable engineering positions (preferred)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in construction QA/QC (preferred)
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, testing, and inspection procedures
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Knowledge of applicable Philippine construction standards and project specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Willing to work on construction sites and conduct regular field inspections
