Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture required.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture

• Must be a Licensed Architect (PRC Board Passer) - active and in good standing

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in architectural QA/QC or construction supervision

• Strong knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, materials, and finishing works

• Proficient in reading architectural drawings, details, sections, and specifications

• Familiar with construction methods, material quality, and inspection procedures

• Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and problem-solving skills

• Must be willing to travel/relocate within or outside Metro Manila (within Luzon)

• With provided site accommodation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals for compliance and constructability

• Inspect all architectural works - layout, structural back-check, masonry, plastering, flooring, cladding, painting, waterproofing, fixtures, and finishes

• Verify that works match approved designs, aesthetic standards, and quality requirements

• Conduct stage inspections, identify defects, and issue corrective actions; monitor rework until acceptance

• Prepare inspection checklists, quality reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and punch lists

• Ensure materials delivered meet approved specs, samples, and quality standards before installation

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and site issues

• Maintain complete QA/QC records and support as-built preparation & project turnover
