Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect procedures and oversee testing methods of materials to maintain high standards of quality.
• Review on-site material quality to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement Manager to set parameters and material requirements for the project.
• Supervise and monitor performance of QA/QC team on site.
• Create and review method statements.
• Create initial checklists using standard QA/QC forms.
• Review documents prior to client submission and monitor project progress.
• Issue warnings of non-conformance or potential failure of acceptance of works.
• Liaise with client QA/QC team regarding punch lists, submission requirements and handovers; attend weekly client meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for items with potential cost implications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and quality of works.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality
• Review quality of materials on site to ensure compliance to project requirements
• Coordinates with Procurement Manager to set parameters and material requirements for the project
• Supervise and monitors performance of QA/QC team on site
• Provide or Create and Reviews method statement
• Creates initial checklist for guidance by using standard QA/QC departmental forms
• Reviews all documents prior to client submission and monitors project progress
• Issues warnings of non-conformance or possible failure of acceptance of works done due to quality and wrong issuance of works
• Liaise with the Client's QA/QC Team with regards to punch lists, submission requirements and handovers and goes to weekly construction meeting with the client
• Coordinates with Project Manager for any item which is deemed to have any cost implications
• Monitors performance of subcontractor and their quality of works

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in BS Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 3-5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably experienced employee specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
