Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Licensed is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• With 2 to 4 years of working experience related in fit-out works.
• Preferably 2 to 4 years experience in Quality Control/Assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Preferably a resident of Cebu City or nearby areas.
• Willing to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Determine and perform inspections on procedures and oversee testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality.
• Collate Material Data specs and organize samples for Senior QAQC review prior to client submission.
• Assist Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Generate and update all QAQC submittal documents for Senior QAQC prior submission to client.
• Assist Senior QAQC in weekly site construction meetings with client and in-house operations team.
• Do daily inspections and generate punchlists and NCRs for Senior QAQC review before submission to in-house operations team.
• Coordinate site matters with Client's Junior QAQC and report to Senior QAQC for further advice.
• Ensure both internal and client punchlists are completed prior to viewing or handover.
• Assist in acquiring sign-offs of handover forms from client.
• Assist in monitoring area schedule.

• Assists Senior QAQC in all Weekly Site construction meeting with the client and in-house operations team
• Does daily inspections and generates punchlists and ncrs for the review of Senior QAQC prior submission to in house operations team
• Does site coordination with Client's fellow Junior QAQC to coordinate any matters and issues that may occur and immediately reports this to the Senior QAQC for further advise
• Ensures and monitors that the punchlist internal and Client's punchlist are done prior to any viewing or handover
• Assists the Senior QAQC in acquiring sign-offs of handover forms from client
• Assists in monitoring area schedule

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
