Job summary

Medtronic in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support QA programs, drive process improvements, and help implement automation and AI solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency.

This role partners with stakeholders to evaluate processes, manage quality projects, monitor metrics, and report insights to leadership, contributing to scalable operations and better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in QA or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience creating and improving SOPs and quality documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience analyzing data and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and documentation to support operational consistency and compliance.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to evaluate adherence to procedures and SLAs.
• Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate business processes and lead initiatives focused on optimization and efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional quality improvement projects with planning and risk management.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor quality and project metrics, and report insights to stakeholders.
