Job summary

Med-Metrix International PH-I, INC. is seeking a Quality Analyst to support quality auditing, analysis, reporting, and improvement initiatives within US healthcare processes. The role collaborates with Operations and Training to identify and implement process enhancements while meeting compliance standards.

Two or more years in healthcare QA or revenue cycle roles are preferred. A strong grasp of CPT/ICD codes, EOBs, and payer workflows is expected, with on-site work required in the Philippines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as QA in healthcare insurance, self-pay collections or customer service/complaints handling.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle: insurance, billing & collections, managed care, Medicare/Medicaid.
• Experience with practice management systems such as EPIC PB, Allscripts or Cerner preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project quality processes are followed and metrics are achieved.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and understand quality requirements from process and targets.
• Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement with QA leadership.
• Participate in training to maintain credentials and enhance skills.
• Share information with team and assist in client presentations of findings.
