Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as QA Manager in a BPO setup.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong data analytics and root cause analysis abilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability.
• Willing to work night shifts at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Direct manage Quality Assurance staff and ensure compliance with QA protocol.
• Serve as point of contact for QA queries.
• Train and develop quality staff to meet client expectations while managing cost.
• Confirm and manage compliance with client auditing processes.
• Oversee timely delivery of tasks per SLA.
• Partner with Operations and Training to drive quality improvements.
• Prepare reports and analyze quality trends.
• Handle stakeholder escalations and liaise with management.
