Infosys BPM in the Philippines invites a Quality Assurance - Assistant Manager to lead quality initiatives at the BGC Taguig site. You will guide process management, implement verification methods, and drive improvements across engagements to meet service levels.

The role requires leadership experience in QA within BPO, strong analytics, and the ability to manage client relationships and drive project benefits. Onsite work with shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.
• 5–7 years in the BPO quality assurance domain.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean certification and/or ISO is required.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Quality framework for existing scope and deploy it for new ramp ups.
• Deploy and monitor process verification methods and establish control measures.
• Establish quality measurement methods and ensure scores are improved.
• Participate in engagement reviews with clients and provide quality reports.
• Conduct engagement-specific verification audits to identify gaps with respect to QMS.
• Lead small to mid-size transformation projects and estimate benefits.
• Monitor SLA performance and drive visualization initiatives.
• Lead talent management and provide appraisal feedback to reports.
• Benchmark best practices and share with DC/Vertical teams.
• Identify risks at engagement and process level and drive de-risking actions.
