Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila is seeking a QA Engineer to join our engineering team. The role initially focuses on manual testing to support current projects, with growth into test automation and AI-driven quality initiatives over time.

You will design and execute manual tests, perform exhaustive functional/regression/UAT testing, and collaborate with devs and product managers to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle. Strong communication and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of software QA experience.
• Strong experience in automated testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing complex, integrated systems.
• Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Understand test environments across projects.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices.
