Job summary

Full Scale, a Philippines-based tech services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. You will create and execute test cases, report defects, and collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.

The role covers the full QA process, including regression testing, API validation with Postman, and tracking defects in Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manual QA and end-to-end QA.
Ability to write clear test cases, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
Experience identifying, reproducing, and documenting bugs with examples.
Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, UAT, cross-browser, and boundary testing.
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for tracking work.

Responsibilities

Review requirements to understand testing scope and objectives.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases and plans.
Identify, document, and track defects; communicate issues to developers.
Perform regression, functional, smoke, UAT, cross-browser, and boundary testing.
Validate APIs using tools like Postman; verify status codes and responses.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and remove blockers.
Track testing progress using Jira or Azure DevOps; share results.
