Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our engineering team. The role starts with strong emphasis on manual testing to support immediate project needs, then expands to enhance test automation and contribute to AI-driven quality initiatives.

You will develop and execute manual test plans, perform functional and regression testing, and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in software quality assurance or similar.
• Proven automated testing experience across frameworks.
• Solid QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing complex integrated systems.
• Strong test case design, execution and defect tracking.
• Familiar with Agile development and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team player with proactive learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans, cases and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug trackers.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Understand test environments across projects.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Analyze results and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve testing processes and methodologies continuously.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and testing technologies.
