Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in software QA with emphasis on manual testing.
• Experience setting up automation testing environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in test design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Keep up-to-date with testing trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Set up and maintain test environments for various projects.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts for future use.
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend action.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and testing technologies.
