Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a QA Engineer for onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City, on a day shift. You will test across desktop and mobile platforms, design test plans, and conduct various testing methods to ensure quality releases.

Automation skills in Python or Java are valued, with experience using Selenium and related tools. The role includes working with cross-functional teams and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
Experience testing web, desktop and mobile apps (Android/iOS).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, execution and bug tracking.
Experience writing automation tests using Python or Java.
Experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Sikuli, TestNG, JUnit or similar.

Responsibilities

Test software platform across desktop and mobile devices.
Design comprehensive test plans and test cases to qualify releases.
Conduct black box, white box and grey box testing.
Execute manual and automated test plans and test cases.
Identify, document and track defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
