Job summary

Cal-Comp Precision (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a QC System Supervisor/Manager to oversee ISO system compliance and drive quality objectives. The role includes interviewing, auditing, and coordinating with department PICs to ensure ISO requirements are fully implemented.

The candidate should bring 2+ years in 8D/RMA processes, strong English communication, stress management, and solid project management. In-person work location with benefits like HMO and meal allowance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• With at least 2yrs experience with 8D/RMA processes.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations.
• High skills in project management is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 (ISO Training is advatage).
• Knowledgeable in QC Tools is preferred.
• Experienced with Molding Injection is highly advantage.
• Knowledgeable in APQP and PPAP is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in SPC, CP and CPK
• Good in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist QC System Supervisor / Manager for ISO system compliance requirements.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations on strategies underpinning QC System objectives.
• Consider future problems due to system requirements implementation.
• Implement Quality System objectives.
• Provide ISO standards awareness/training.
• Interact with department PIC to ensure ISO requirements are implemented.
• Conduct surveys/internal audits following ISO requirements.
• Collect and follow-up data for weekly/monthly reports; assist manager to prepare reports based on ISO Quality Policy & audits.
• Conduct Supplier Audits for ISO requirements.
• Handle overall ISO certifications and internal audits (ISO 9001/45001/14001 etc.).
• Coordinate as first-3rd party contact window.
• Prepare Internal Audit Plan, Training Plan, and Audit Reports (Internal/Supplier).
• Support documentations and revise/update procedures.

Job description

• Assist QC System Supervior / Manager for the ISO System compliance requirements

• Provide suggestions and recommendation on the strategies which underpin a company’s QC System objectives.

• He/she also holds the responsibility to consider the problems that might come up in the future because of the application of the system requirements.

• Implementation of a Quality System objectives.

• Provide awareness / refresher training on ISO standards

• Interact with department PIC for issues and concerns to theISO standards. Ensuring that ISO requirements been fully implemented within the organization.

• Conduct survey / Internal Audit to the facility following the ISO Requirements

• Collect and follow-up actions data to each department PIC for the making of the Weekly and Monthly Reports. Assist Manager to make weekly and monthly report base on ISO Quality Policy Objectives, Customer & 3rd Party Audit , Internal Audit,

• Do conduct Supplier Audit for the ISO requirements.

  > Will handle overall ISO certifications and applicable standards in the company

  > Conduct ISO (9001/45001/14001/ QC080000 / ISO 22301, ISO 50001 / ISO 14064-1) Management System compliance Internal audit.

• Coordinator and contact window for the 1st-3rd Party

• Responsible for making and doing Internal Audit Plan, Training Plan, and Audit Report (Internal / Supplier)

  > Support other activities in documentations and review, revise and update procedures.

  > Do work related requested by Superior.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor Degree in any related field
