Qualifications

Job description
Handling SPC development with counterpart with FY.
Implementation of additional parameter to be monitor and analyze based from the drawing and criticization.
Follows Work Instruction and the Set Standard Procedure.
Performs verification and judgment of non-conforming parts.
Reviews and revises the appearance inspection criteria, QCFC, WI, OPL and other quality documentation.
In-charge to monitor outgoing dimension inspection.
Conducts internal process audit for the assigned model and assures that all items are monitored until closure.
Acts as a customer window/representative that attends to all customer request and concerns & audits.
Attends to external meetings requested by the customer such as but not limited to QM.
Accomplishes all reports/quality documentation related to the assigned model and customer requirements such as but not limited to items required in the SQMP and QM report.
Conducts investigation together with Engineering and generate corrective action report for all customer issues and make sure all corrective actions / PA are implemented and maintained.
Monitors yield, LAR, NCR, SPC, QC monitoring status and inform to superior for any abnormalities.
Accomplishes internal and external reports such as but not limited to updates on QA Department objective and programs QC patrol monitoring , yield and monthly/weekly monitoring reports requested by the superior.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Knowledge of various QC tools, FMEA, 8D and other problem solving techniques
Knowledge in auditing is an advantage
