Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the execution and continuous improvement of the company’sIntegrated Management System (IMS)to ensure compliance withISO 9001:2015andISO 14001:2015standards.
• Maintain proper control of quality and environmental documentation such as policies, procedures, manuals, and records in line with ISO compliance requirements.
• Organize and supportinternal audit activities, including developing audit schedules, assisting auditors, and tracking audit findings, corrective measures, and improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with different departments to identifynonconformities, operational risks, and environmental impacts, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented effectively and on time.
• Assist in preparations forexternal audits and certification processes, coordinating with certification bodies and external auditors.
• Supportcustomer and supplier accreditation requirementsby preparing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to relevant quality standards.
• Conducttraining sessions and awareness programsto enhance employee knowledge of quality management systems and environmental compliance.
• Compile and presentcompliance reports, audit results, and recommendations for system improvementsto management.
• Monitor updates inISO standards, regulatory policies, and industry best practices, particularly those related to manufacturing and automotive quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of2–3 years of experiencein ISO system implementation, quality management systems, or audit coordination.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016is strongly preferred.
• Experience incustomer or supplier accreditation processesis considered an advantage.
• Internal Auditor certification or trainingfor ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 is preferred.
• Stronganalytical thinking, documentation, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
