Job summary

Lintec Philippines (PEZA) Inc. is seeking a QA/QC professional with 3–5 years of experience to ensure ISO compliance and drive quality improvements across processes.

The role focuses on maintaining updated forms and procedures, coordinating audits, and supporting sales with environmental documentation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3–5 years in QA/QC.
• Experience coordinating ISO audits and maintaining QA documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and distribute master copies of forms and procedures.
• Archive and retain LLPI documents annually.
• Coordinate meetings related to ISO standards and requirements.
• Support Sales PIC with environmental documents, TDS, SDS, RoHs and special testing requests.
• Manage ICP data and COA/COC documents.
• Assist customer audits and internal ISO audits.
• Address customer claims and feedback with relevant departments and factories.
• Visit customers to inspect materials with quality issues and report findings.
• Coordinate all customer claims and feed back to suppliers.
• Ensure LPPI documents comply with ISO standards.
• Other ad hoc duties; activities related to Safety officer / CSR.

QUALIFICATIONS (Academic / Professional)

Bachelor's degree and experiences at least 3 to 5 years experiences of QA/QC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs a wide variety of Sales duty including most of the following:

Ensure that all master copy of forms and procedures are updated and distributed to all concern departments.

Perform the annual archiving and retention al all LLPI documents.

Coordinating important meeting activities related to ISO standard and requirement.

Support Sales PIC for environmental documents, TDS, SDS, RoHs and other special testing request from customer.

Controlling the ICP data and COA & COC documents.

Assist all customer audit, 3rd party audit, and coordinate internal audit and ISO audit.

Received all customer claim and feedback thru Sales PIC, and coordinate with concerned department and factories to get the action needed. Also assist production and warehouse for quality concerns.

Visit customer (when needed) to check materials with quality issue with Sales PIC and provide detailed quality report.

Coordinate All customer claim thru Sales PIC and feedback to suppliers.

Perform checking / rework of all materials with quality issue.

Ensure that all documents / record / forms of LPPI are compliance with ISO standard.

Other Duties

Other ad hoc assignments when required by immediate superior.

Activities related to Safety officer / PCO and CSR.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience.
